Do I need to be fit before joining Basic Training or Battle Camp?

No — all sessions are scalable. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, every workout is designed to meet you at your level and build you up safely.

What’s included in the Basic Training Bootcamp?

An 8-week programme with two weekly sessions (one indoor strength + one outdoor conditioning), clear progression, team-based challenges, and full coaching support.

What is Core Training and how is it different from Basic Training?

Core Training is a shorter, sharper, high-intensity block for those wanting to push harder. Basic Training builds your foundation; Core Training tests it.

Do you offer nutrition guidance for weight loss or performance? 

Yes — I provide basic practical, sustainable nutrition guidance and habit coaching to support fat loss, muscle gain, or general health without extreme dieting. However, it is always recommended to seek specific specialized assistance to ensure appropriate measures are accounted for.

Can you train corporate groups, first responders, or workplace teams?

Absolutely. I deliver tailored strength, conditioning, and resilience-based sessions for workplaces, police, fire, ambulance, and corporate teams wanting fitness, wellbeing, and team building.

Yes. I can tailor bootcamp-style sessions, challenges, workshops, or multi-week programmes specifically for your organisation’s goals, size, and fitness levels. 

How do I know which service is right for me?
