You do not need to already be elite.
You do not need to already be “fit enough.”
What you do need is commitment.
This programme is designed for:

- those preparing for Battle Camp
- those preparing for police, military, fire, or emergency service fitness standards

Expectations
MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS
Before starting this programme, you should ideally be capable of:
- walking comfortably for 30 minutes
- jogging short distances
- getting up and down from the floor repeatedly
- participating safely in basic exercise
You do NOT need to already be highly fit.
Equipment
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
This programme has been designed to work with minimal equipment.
Recommended Equipment:
- Backpack (for loaded walks)
- Water bottles
- Resistance band (recommended)
- Small kettlebell or dumbbell (optional)
- Comfortable running shoes
- Notebook or journal
